The HR Benefits Specialist will assist with the implementation, administration and maintenance of the Total Rewards benefit plans, programs, and policies for North End Teleservices. The Benefit Specialist will ensure that all supported plans and programs are administered in compliance with plan documents, regulatory requirements, and established fiscal requirements. We have a comprehensive benefit and reward package. This position is located at our NET Westbrook location which has garage parking, Gym and Cafe We believe in our community and our employees are the PRIDE of our company, come join this amazing teamRoles and Responsibilities:Assists with benefits administration.Work with the accounting department to execute all benefit payment and reimbursement processes.Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire.Management of applicant tracking system (ATS).Establishes practices for evaluating existing benefit programs against peer organizations to determine competitiveness, trends, and developments.Ensures that total rewards programs are chosen to be equitable, meet organizational needs, comply with legal requirements, and ensure cost effectiveness for the organization.Collaborates with executive leadership to determine opportunities to advance and revise total rewards benefits programs or implement new options to better advance the North End Teleservices strategic objectives.Serves as the primary contact with benefit brokers, strategic partners, and third-party benefit administrators for all benefit offerings.Initiates and leads benefit evaluation period prior to decision making for each annual renewal periodCoordinates and plans open enrollment communications and rollout.Manages programs such as ACA Reporting, Accommodations, Health & Welfare SCA benefit requirements, Retirement, Worker's Compensation, COBRA, etc.Administration of benefits and tracking employee leave and use of leave benefits.Leverages benefit participation and enrollment data to provide insight to Executive Leadership and manage employee feedback to better support benefit programs.Ensure that all laws and regulations are adhered to.Serve as subject matter expert to our internal HRIS partners regarding system updates, interfaces and customizations as identified.Manages the corporate insurance requirements.Support internal and external customers with customer service.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills/Requirements2+ years' experience in a position strategically focused on employer total rewards benefit programs and management.2+ years' experience in benefit administration, Human Resources, or equivalent role.Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent years' experience required.Strong knowledge of COBRA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and ACA regulations.Understanding requirements of Davis Bacon, SCA, prevailing wage a plus.SHRM-CP, SHRM- SCP or CEBS Accreditation required.Analytical and critical thinking problem solving skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Project management and planning experience preferred.iSolved HCM platform experience a plus .DEI CompetenciesDiversity equity and inclusion as a leadership competency is a measure of success within NET.Cultural competence:Understand multiple frameworks, values, and norms.Demonstrates an ability to flex style when faced with myriad dimensions of culture to be effective across cultural contexts.Negotiation: Negotiates and facilitates cultural differences, conflicts, tensions, or misunderstandings.Judgement: Can discern when to inquire, advocate, drive, or resolve more decisively.Continuous learning: Commits to continuous learning / improvement in diversity, inclusion, and cultural competence.Corporate communications: Acknowledge and address possible unfavorable impact.Corporate Social Responsibility: Influences media and marketplace via communication and community outreach to competitively position the organization.Brand Management: Identifies, partners, and leverages relationships with key external diverse suppliers, organizations, and customers to: Enhance the supply chain Increase market share, revenues, and loyalty.External Market Knowledge: Understands and is current on global and local trends/ changes and how they inform and influence D&I.Supplier Diversity: Identifies, partners, and leverages relationships with key external diverse suppliers, organizations, and customers to: Enhance the supply chain Increase market share, revenues, and loyalty.CompensationNorth End Teleservices will offer a comprehensive benefits package.
