Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be able to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. The HR Generalist will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees
- Assist with weekly payroll and certified payrolls
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Assist with performance management and employee development initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years of experience in human resources
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
