This position will focus on developing new relationships with utilities, independent power producers, real estate developers & income trusts, transportation and technology OEMs, and other strategic targets to grow the companys North American sales channels. This position works closely with Sales, Product Training, and Marketing.
Key Responsibilities Include

Identify and target key strategic partners to establish new high-value relationship.
Create and implement a business development strategy focused on relationships with strategic partners such as utilities, and independent power producers.
Assist to develop new revenue and product financing models to enter new market segments.
Participate in the development of the companys Virtual Power Plant and Distribute Energy Resource strategy.
Support sales team to drive profitable revenue growth by building relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Present, discuss, educate, and train channel partners on Exros energy storage products to develop access to new markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in customer organizations.
Conduct regular customer visits to engage in selling activities and develop a trusted relationship.
Understand and analyze the current and future competitive landscape.
Remain updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations. Effectively communicate these implications to all stakeholders
Enthusiastically spread the word about Exros patented energy storage product portfolio.
Credentials & Experience

Minimum 5 years experience working with a technology hardware provider focused on channel sales.
Experience in marketing, sales and business development in the Commercial & Industrial alternative energy or energy efficiency industries.
Experience in clean energy technologies preferred.
Experience working directly with utilities, independent power producers, and other strategic customers is a key asset.
Proven track record of consistently delivering against organizations strategic and revenue targets.
Engaging, confident and positive in-person and telephone personality.
Self-motivated individual with strong oral & written communication skills, who also exhibits the ability to thrive in a high growth environment that is customer focused.
Passionate about the clean energy technology sector.
