Primary Responsibilities
Process onboarding packets from recruitment team
Facilitate I-9 processing with hiring managers
Serve as customer service for HRIS system enrollment with new employees
Help with ordering of new hire swag kits, business cards and credit cards
Upload necessary agreements into the HRIS system for storage
Set-up emails and email groups for prospective employees
Work with hiring managers across the country on other onboarding tasks
Craft emails and policies for new hires
