This role will be responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Service & Rental departments Oversee the service department including the shop, road service operations, rental department, and transportation Coordinate activities within the departments and ensure that the service and rental teams perform the necessary functions to achieve and maintain the company's customer satisfaction objectives Provide quality leadership, grow service and rental department's revenues, and maintain profitability Proactively contact customers, who have sent equipment to our facility for repair, with status updates on a regular basis until the equipment is repaired and returned to the customer No customer should have to call to find out the status of their repair or estimate Ensure timely delivery of service and rental estimates to customers and explanation of proposed services Maintain a safe and clean work environment with a strong working knowledge of the company's and customer's safety rules and regulations Maintain discipline and efficiency in scheduling technicians and managing their productivity Review and assure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing Full range of personnel responsibilities including; hiring, promoting, discipline, and conflict resolution Bobcat of Michiana/Hull Lift Truck, Inc. offers an attractive compensation program as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), paid holidays, paid time off, and continuous improvement opportunities Qualifications
