Grand Design RV is currently sourcing a **_Service Shop Scheduler_**_ _to support and assist various internal departments with scheduling service factory appointments in our Service Center.

If you are interested in the **_Scheduler _**position you will:
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Schedule factory service appointments
- Create various internal reports
- Review bill of materials (BOM) and prints Communicate and collaborate with other departments within the company

**Education & Experience**
- High School diploma or equivalent
- RV knowledge preferred
- Computer experience
- Ability to resolve conflicts and multi-task
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

**Physical Demands**
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Walk short distances to communicate with support staff, technicians and shop foremen
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team
