Qualifications: Required:HS Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.2 years of experience working in a Behavioral Health setting, corrections or healthcare facility, or other related experience.Training in WELLE or obtained within 90 days of hire.Possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or obtains it within 90 days of hire.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervisionCapacity to manage stressful situations, problem-solve quickly, and react appropriately during psychiatric emergencies.
