Prompt Engineer

Technical:

- Rich background in AI/ML and Generative AI with exposure to POCs and Pilots involving Azure OpenAI or any LLMs,

- Proven work experience in Prompt engineering,

- Hands-on experience in creating, developing, and improving AI-generated text prompts for a variety of applications,

- Sound knowledge in programing languages like Python, and AI-related tools like ChatGPT,

- Able to perceive Automation needs in any aspects of software engineering,

- Support and guide team on all aspects, say right from coaching, building skeleton frameworks, coding & triaging along with the team,

- Sound analytical & problem-solving skills,

- Able to present and demonstrate solutions to various leadership levels.

Functional:

- Banking Financial Services and Insurance domain,

- Disability Insurance is good to have.

Non-Technical:

- Experience in BFSI Information technology or equivalent,

- Possesses mastery level understanding of standards, business processes, workflows, methodologies, and leading practices,

- Must have in-depth knowledge of software development lifecycles including Agile development and testing,

- Demonstrated ability in applying automation for repeatable tasks,

- Strong management, communication, technical and remote collaboration skill are a must,

- Experience in large cross system, cross team initiatives.

- Strong hands-on experience,

- Ability to build, deliver and operate complex systems,

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with focused attention to details as well as demonstrated professionalism and time/task management skills and ability to establish strong relationships,

- Strong Software Development Life Cycle knowledge and experience, or comparable methodologies,

- Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to apply analysis to actionable insights.

- Analyzing, designing, developing, and driving solutions for major components and features,

- To pinpoint areas for improvement, track and evaluate quick performance,

- Ensuring secure, high code quality across the entire team,

- Interfacing with key stakeholders and business leaders,

- Working with cross-functional teams for delivery,

- Mentoring Mid/Junior Software Engineers.
