The Opportunity

As a Technical Customer Experience Representative with Tradebe, you will be a technical advisor for both internal and external customers, addressing inquiries and providing expert guidance on hazardous waste management. To be successful in this role you must leverage and strengthen relationships across internal departments to deliver top-notch, timely service to customers.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact, bridging communication between customers, prospects, sales, and facilities.
  • Take charge of customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in your designated region.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance sales effectiveness and build an exceptional foundation of support for our customers.
  • Provide quotes for potential waste streams.
  • Create and submit waste profiles for approval.
  • Review profiles and manifests to ensure compliance with DOT and RCRA regulations.
  • Submit new customer contract pricing to the pricing team and update pricing for current customers as needed.
  • Coordinate with the transportation team to schedule and confirm pickups and deliveries for customers.

Qualifications

  • Five (5) years of experience in industrial and hazardous waste customer support.
  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge of RCRA and experience in waste profiling are required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to multitask while maintaining keen attention to detail.
  • Competent in reading, understanding, and applying operational documents, SOPs, and waste manifests.
  • Friendly, service-oriented demeanor with a customer-first approach.
