Youll lead our data team in developing insights that maximize value to both our customers and business, focusing on empowering decision-making and elevating customer experiences. This role is pivotal in harnessing data to ensure that our customer journeys are finely tuned and that were continuously pushing boundaries in telehealth innovation.Your Responsibilities As the Lead Data Analyst, youll champion a culture of 10x growth and innovation through a range of high-impact responsibilities:Implement and Optimize Mixpanel and Segment: Lead the strategic implementation and fine-tuning of Mixpanel and Segment, ensuring accurate data collection and robust event tracking that directly supports exponential growth goals.Data Strategy and Vision Alignment: Define a comprehensive data strategy aligned with our companys north starmaximizing value for both the business and customer. Develop scalable frameworks that provide actionable insights and revenue-focused decision-making.Cross-Functional Collaboration for Impact: Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to gather data requirements and translate them into tracking strategies that uncover new growth avenues and optimize the user journey.Manage Thoropass integrations to streamline compliance processes by identifying necessary tools, connecting them via the platform, and automating evidence collection to maintain audit readiness. Collaborate with auditors to ensure all collected data meets compliance standards, reducing manual effort and expediting audits.Data Governance and Consistency: Oversee the setup of Segments advanced features, including Unify and Protocols, to ensure data governance across all systems. Implement regular data audits, troubleshoot discrepancies, and standardize data practices for seamless operations.Accelerate Customer Insights and User Experience: Lead initiatives to leverage data for improving user experience and enhancing our understanding of customer needs. Develop insights that refine customer touchpoints, making our telehealth solutions more accessible and impactful.Data Literacy and Continuous Improvement Culture: Mentor a high-performing data team, building data literacy and a commitment to continuous improvement.
