Responsibilities

The Advanced Healthcare Data Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing large medical claims datasets to identify trends and patterns;
  • Developing and maintaining effective cross-functional working relationships with internal stakeholders;
  • Collaborating with external partners on joint projects;
  • Presenting complex research and data findings to senior leadership;
  • Designing and implementing statistical analysis plans for clinical trials;
  • Translating business needs into actionable project concepts.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Statistics or a related field;
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in SAS, SQL programming/R/Python;
  • Ability to incorporate production code macros in studies;
  • Experience in performing urgent analyses with short turnaround times;
  • Professional training in a healthcare field (optional).

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
