The Warehouse Manager coordinates the daily activities of the Warehouse and supervises the activities of the Warehouse Assistants.

Job Responsibilities Supervise the retrieval and proper handling and storage of rented equipment. Oversee the proper tracking, cleaning, repair, and maintenance of all equipment by Warehouse Personnel. Tracks attendance, vacation, personal and sick time of Warehouse Personnel. Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures for Warehouse Personnel. Ensure Warehouse Personnel are properly uniformed. Conduct staff meetings and maintain meeting minutes Participates in quality improvement activities as needed. Assists in the hiring, orientation, and evaluation of warehouse personnel as needed. Assist in evaluations of warehouse personnel as needed. Assumes other duties, within scope of training, as assigned by the Operations Manager. Job Requirements 2+ years of Management/Supervisory experience (Durable Medical Equipment or related field preferred) 5+ years of Warehouse experience (Durable Medical Equipment or related field preferred) Ability to receive and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Card. Familiarity with Windows-based programs
