Completes routine reports, to support decision processes in the area assigned. Performs the administration of programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the organization unit served. Responsibilities: Customer contact/ support. Handling PO and procurement. Support invoicing. Ad hoc tasks. Organize and support the administration in the department. Support the invoicing to our customers. Responsible for completing operational approved logistics processing on schedule, which includes Goods Receipt, warehouse management, transport and Dispatch. Capturing relevant data in data processing systems. Arranging the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area and recording them in the appropriate systems. Completing transports inside and if applicable outside the premises with professional usage of appropriate means of transportation which include the use of Forklifts, Organizing regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area. Experience in SAP/ Word/Excel.
