Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative has responsibility for implementing Christy Dawns customer service activities. This role 1) directly handles customer inquiries via multiple communication platforms 2) is responsible for using Christy Dawn customer service tools, processes, and engagement strategies to satisfy customer inquiries, and 3) interacts with internal team members to solve customer issues and gain product knowledge. Successful execution in the role will create a larger, more active Christy Dawn community and accelerating revenues through satisfied repeat customers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer care as a brand ambassador, maintaining the voice and culture of Christy Dawn.
  • Work cross-functionally to create a seamless interaction for our community across all customer service and social platforms
  • Manage Shopify orders including refunding, replacing orders, and sending invoices.
  • Deliver customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, Gorgias, Instagram, and other communication tools as implemented
  • Implement methods and tools to record, assess and analyze customer feedback and returns. Share customer feedback summaries throughout the company.
  • Help in the training and support of Customer Service team members as needed by the ongoing growth of the business.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Christy Dawn products, our brand mission, and internal processes connected to customers

Qualifications:

  • 1 + years experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of Shopify is desired but not essential
  • Highly organized and consistently meets deadlines, prioritizing and handling multiple tasks at the same time
  • Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing, using a brand voice
  • Proficient in office software tools, including Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Apple programs
  • Ability to efficiently work and collaborate with a team in Google Suite
  • Desire to be part of a tight-knit team looking to transform the traditional apparel industry
