The Sales team supports service, selling and business operations to achieve an inspiring and engaging store environment. Providing exceptional customer care, you will support our guests by providing all hosting essentials, ready-to- party scenes, and curated tabletop assortment. You will have an active role in driving our brand initiatives, engaging and educating our customers on our event planning and customization services, including a floral shop, custom merch bar, and program of workshops. You will partner with the rest of the sales team, fostering a culture of community, trust and support. You will support leadership in building a customer loyalty program, engaging in long term customer relations and establishing hands on personal shopping.
