The Organizational Change Management Manager is responsible for developing, leading, and implementing comprehensive OCM strategies and activities that maximize the adoption of change and minimize resistance. This role will partner with business, IT, and Digital Transformation to provide focus on all aspects of change, including people, process, and technology.

Essential Functions: Develop, lead, and implement a structured change management methodology that creates awareness, understanding, inspires motivation, ensures knowledge and appropriate reinforcement. Integrate and align the change management workplan into the broader project plan. Identify evolving project deliverables including changes in scope and potential conflicts and develop and implement plans to remove barriers and resolve issues. Drive user readiness through by developing and implementing engagement and communications that align with the organization and project vision, goals, and objectives, and drive engagement and adoption among employees and stakeholders and ensure alignment of messaging, processes, and standards. Define success metrics and track success against those metrics throughout program delivery and operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the organization and ensure alignment and collaboration on OCM activities. Support the advancement of the Change Management acumen and methodology within the organization. Coach, manage, and mentor other OCM resources. All other responsibilities as required or assigned.

Expertise in Organizational Change Management methodologies, principles, and best practices. Minimum eight years contributing to and leading successful OCM initiatives using a defined methodology. Prefer recent experience in OCM end to end projects for technology project implementations.

Experience Required: Prefer a bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, I/O psychology, communications, or equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. Team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible “can-do” attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success. Strong OCM project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue, and risk management. Strong facilitation and communication skills to conduct successful assessments and gather data necessary to develop a structured change management approach. Excellent writing and communication skills. Superior attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills necessary to work with various levels of business management as well as IT and Digital Transformation teams.
