Keeping in-stock items in inventory, keeping up with updated products, maintaining accurate inventory numbers, and ensuring accurate pricing of products. Maintaining and managing installers and managing department employees. Handling claims for both business and personal customers. Requirements 1 to 2 years of experience in flooring is a plus. Self-teaching and self-motivation are essential. Must possess computer skills and work well with customers, vendors, and co-workers. Good time management is required to process tasks in a timely manner. Benefits Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am to 2:00pm. We are closed Sundays and also close for 6 major holidays per year, which are paid holidays for full-time employees. After 1 year of employment, you will receive 1 week of paid vacation; after 5 years, 2 weeks; and after 10 years, 3 weeks. Additionally, you will earn 2 hours of PTO time per month. We offer an employee discount and a Simple Plan. No evenings or nights are required, and only 1 to 2 Saturdays per month with short hours (6).
