Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and requests. The successful candidate will also provide administrative support to the team, maintaining accurate records and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer service calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as assigned.
  • Coordinate and communicate warranty service schedules internally and to customers.
  • Assist with coordinating company events, such as the builder/dealer show and open house.
  • Manage marketing inventory, including clothing and other promotional materials.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One year certificate from college or technical school, or three to six months related experience and/or training.
  • Minimum one year customer service experience.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
