Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst - Full Time Join a supportive team who values Compassion, Excellence, Collaboration, Inclusion, Hope, & AuthenticityAs our IT Support Analyst, you will provide front-line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues and problems relating to hardware, software and peripherals. You will be responsible for responding to, documenting and resolving service tickets in a timely manner. The IT Support Analyst must have excellent problem-solving skills in order to diagnose, evaluate and resolve complex problem situations, or when appropriate, escalate or route them to appropriate external vendor source.The IT Support Analyst will also perform root cause analysis, develop checklists for typical problems and recommend procedures and controls for problem prevention. This position will support multiple platforms including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, conferencing equipment and company electronic medical record. This position may require independent work, sharing information and assisting others with work orders.ScheduleMon - Fri, 8am-4:30pm (4-10 hour days is also negotiable).PayStarting range is $26.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience. You would receive 10 paid holidays as well as PTO hours which would accrue at a rate of 10 hours per month. After 6 months you would be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) plan which has a 4% match. We also provide company paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, in house and paid training opportunities, and paid credentialing. SouthLight is also an approved employer for Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF).Job Responsibilities of IT Support AnalystResolve help desk issues including troubleshooting hardware and software issuesAssist in design, development, documentation, analysis, creation, testing or modificationof computer systems or programs, based on and related to user or system designspecificationsAssist in maintaining integrity of the network and system securityServe as system administrator for electronic health record systemAssist in systems testing, configuring and implementation. i.e. EMRProvide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc., includingafter normal business hours when necessaryMaintain an inventory of all technology related equipmentProvide user level training on daily applications used, including, but not limited to: MSOffice 365, EMR, and other basic computer related skillsInstall, troubleshoot and repair software, hardware, and peripheralsAssist in evaluating and modifying system's performanceLead and assist with installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the office phonesystem and mobile devicesQualifications of an IT Support Analyst Education and ExperienceAAS Computer Information Technology preferred or equivalent degree2 to 5 years on the job experienceKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of MS Windows Professional 10 and 11, and MS Office SuiteWindows Server 2016 and beyondRemote Desktop SupportActive Directory and MS365 AdministrationTCP/IP, DNS and DHCPAbility to problem solve, multi-task, and set prioritiesAbility to meet deadlines and adjust to changing prioritiesExperience developing scripts to automate day to day desktop activities a plusExperience creating and deploying group policy a plusAbout SouthLight HealthcareTap into your passion at SouthLight Healthcare.
