Summary/Objective

As a key member of our organization, you support our customer, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by providing bilingual (English/Spanish) call center operational support Multifamily End Users Support Services (MFEUSS) in Macon, Georgia.

In this role, you'll assist Multifamily End Users Support Services (MFEUSS), the Office of Program Systems Management and support our growth in the government contractor industry through three key activities:
•Provide exceptional customer relations management services.
•Troubleshoot and deliver technical support services.
•Follow all policies and procedures.

Essential Functions
•Efficiently answer calls and emails, diagnose, categorize, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues.
•Interact with customers, agency staffs and other vendors for resolutions as necessary.
•Provide a high-quality customer service experience.
•Escalate user issues as needed by contacting the appropriate government Tier 2 & Tier 3 teams.
•Report progress/problems to the Program Manager/Project Manager.
•Participate in project reviews meetings and audits.
•Assist in documenting details of the issues reported and development of Knowledge Base as necessary.

Required Education and Experience
•High School Diploma or 1-3 years equivalent experience such as help desk customer service support required.
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) required.

Supervisory Responsibilities
•None.

Physical Demands
•Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
•Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.

•None.
