What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Communicate with Account Manager and travelers regarding availability, open positions, and assignment changes
Update schedule availability of active travelers and enter documentation into the system for quick interviews
Facilitate housing and travel arrangements as needed
Ensure compliance of travel staff before placement
Develop a pipeline of potential travel candidates through effective use of recruiting sources
Generate and recruit referrals from current and former allied professionals
Maintain consistent contact with travelers to troubleshoot and provide support
Retain travelers through quality control calls and career path communication
Report any issues with travel candidates that could lead to assignment cancellation
Meet or exceed established goals
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must currently live in Eastern Standard Time in the United States
Minimum 1 year of healthcare recruiting/staffing experience
Skilled in healthcare recruiting, temporary placements, clinician sourcing, and cold calling
Go-getter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
