We are looking for a

Financial Analyst

to analyze and reconcile general ledger activities and functions in accordance with organization policies and procedures and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Assist Finance staff to prepare, analyze and make recommendations related to complex financial reports & statistics.

By the Bay Health follows all CDPH vaccine requirements for healthcare personnel.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include

(but are not limited to):

Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.

· Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.

· Review and ensure the integrity of BTBH’s data.

· Use graphs and other methods to visualize data and to help others understand our data.

· Establish KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.

Education/Experience :

Bachelor's of Science in Finance and Accounting

Pay Range: $90K - $120K annually
