Job Title: Corporate Real Estate Senior Manager

Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid)

Position Summary

Reporting directly to the Global Real Estate Executive Director, this position executes the mission, goals, and strategies of NCR Atleos' global real estate initiatives. Areas of focus include supporting GRE's capital planning efforts, portfolio optimization task force, and integration of real estate operations through our third-party real estate services partner.

The ideal Corporate Real Estate Senior Manager candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience working with a global team, the ability to communicate with individuals across the organization, and a broad understanding of real estate, construction, and facilities operations practices.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Responsible for supporting the region(s) real estate portfolios. Manage both internal and external resources in support of projects of varying complexity. Develop and implement new projects, policies, and procedures to meet global real estate goals. Provide strategic direction for functional areas of responsibility.
  • Proactively drive portfolio transformation and optimization.
  • Work with GRE leadership and senior business leaders to develop and execute global real estate strategy.
  • Evaluate financial analysis for complex real estate projects.
  • Manage seamless integration of real estate operations through a third-party service partner to ensure program delivery across all functions - transaction management, capital projects, workplace strategy, occupancy planning, facility management, and finance.
  • Work closely with senior management to validate capital and operating budgets.
  • Ensure proper business tools and processes are followed globally; support the development of business tools and processes as needed.
  • Manage special programs as needed to support evolving global business strategy through the lens of NCR Atleos' real estate footprint.
  • Handle multiple initiatives and priorities to support primary GRE objectives adjusted as necessary to changing corporate strategy or NDA projects.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in real estate, architecture, finance, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate real estate experience.
  • Strong relationship management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead complex projects across regions with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in program management.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
