THE ROLE :

ASTONTEC

is looking for a Technical and Airworthiness Office Manager. You will be involved in managing the monitoring and maintenance of the airworthiness of a fleet of over 25 aircraft.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Your missions in this position will be :

Survey and monitor the potential of aircraft undergoing airworthiness checks,

Compile aircraft inspection files,

Close inspection files and update aircraft tracking,

Participate in maintenance workshop planning in coordination with customers,

Draw up quotations and invoices,

Manage suppliers and subcontractors,

Ensure aircraft work scheduling,

Participate in improving company processes,

Supervise and manage the tasks of the airworthiness team,

Participate in management committees.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS :

To successfully meet these criteria, you will need to demonstrate :

Rigor, method and organization,

Dynamism, adaptability and flexibility, always with customer satisfaction in mind,

Availability and responsiveness,

Computer skills,

English language skills,

3 years’ higher education in aeronautics

2 years’ experience in a similar position desirable.

Vehicle access to the airport is essential.
