We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Intern to join our Accounts Receivable Team in one of today's fastest growing industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounts receivable operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment. This is an on-site position only.

Your key responsibilities and our ongoing training and support will ensure you gain a tremendous amount of knowledge:

Process Accounts Receivable Transactions

+

Manage Collections

+

Reconciliation

+

Customer Relations

+

Reporting

+

Compliance and Record Keeping

Qualifications:

+

Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred.

+

Must be maintaining a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 with a minimum of 3.0 in their academic major.

+

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

+

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

+

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

+

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

This is a Part-time Fall Internship position during the academic school year.

Estimated hours for the role will be 10-25.

This role may lead to a Spring and Summer extension and will be eligible to work additional hours during the summer and holiday seasons.

Occasional additional hours may be required during peak periods such as month-end or year-end closing.
