WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Perform diagnostic tests and resolving issues.
  • Provide training and support for end-users.
  • Write scripts to generate automatic reporting and data consolidation
  • Design user-friendly interfaces and functionalities.
  • Work with third party vendors, maintain budgets and forecast project costs including Chatmeter, Doordash, Grubhub, etc.
  • Prepare technical and training manuals.
  • Interact with executive leadership to align IT strategy with business strategy whilst adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist and advise users to find the most suitable solution for their needs by developing user friendly functionalities and interfaces.
  • Be responsible for working with supervisors and staff in ensuring adherence to standards, and continuously evaluating the effectiveness of application systems.
  • Provide guidance to executives for determining system logistics and strategy for business needs.
  • Analyze problems/needs, research possible solutions and implementations using existing functionality; implement, test, and present solutions and recommend customizations if necessary.
  • Utilize cross-functional collaboration and communication to quickly understand, troubleshoot, find root cause, and resolve system issues.
  • Manage technical resources to ensure that associates can complete deadlines and achieve objectives.
  • Responsible for enhancing and formalizing laptops including but not limited to; implementation of Microsoft 365
  • Oversee our internal IT infrastructure, including but not limited to the NetSuite ERP system, Cogswell, Clover POS, Dolce, etc.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management, and reporting.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND BEHAVIORS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or technical school degree or IT specific certifications.
  • 7-10 years of direct experience in an IT role with a QSR or fast casual brand opening 75+ locations annually.
  • Direct experience within branded franchising highly preferred
  • Point of Sale maintenance for 75+ locations; implementation experience is a huge plus
  • Add/drop/change user management.
  • Printer Management
  • File sharing management and implementation experience
  • Understanding of typical business administration department processes and functions.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing.
  • Project management
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as this individual will be conversing with executive leadership, franchisees, and corporate team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivated learning abilities
  • Experience with NetSuite, MS Office 365/ Teams, Google, Dropbox, Zoom
