How you'll make an impact:
SiriusXM is seeking a Senior Director, Product Management to help lead our efforts around building a first class streaming audio experience. In this role, you will work collaboratively with your engineering partners across client engineering and platform services to deliver consumer facing experiences in the SiriusXM product.
What you'll do
Lead, build, and inspire a team of goal oriented product managers and enable them to be high performing and world class partners with all of their stakeholders throughout the SiriusXM organization
Develop and foster an inclusive culture for all of our team members
Work closely with the broader subscriber experience team and wider cross functional organization to achieve your goals
Work closely with your partners in Engineering, Design, Marketing &; Business to align your roadmap with company KPIs
Partner and collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, marketers, scientists and others to deliver on key roadmap priorities
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
12+ years of product management work experience
5+ years of team leadership experience
Strong leader in driving and initiating product roadmaps based on data and consumer insights
Strong product management background with a portfolio of work in the subscription space, with a focus on conversion-related KPIs
Experience leading product management for products with significant scale
Experience leading product teams in the media space
Experience setting strategy for a direct to consumer product
Ability to communicate effectively with your partners
A deep passion to learn about the latest trends in digital technology
Ability to absorb complex, ambiguous requirements and rapidly organize them into structured requirements and user stories prioritized by data and impact
Must have legal right to work in the US
At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $172,000 to $266,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
