Review the Contractor's deliverables such as requisitions, data sheets,and Technical Specifications for rotating equipment, as required, and ensure all Contractor's engineering and design work performed meets contractual obligations, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Ensure all Contractor's design work is safe and carried out safely. Ensure all Contractor's design work conforms to the codes and standards used by the Client or to agreed industry standards. If required, perform designing/engineering work/deliverables as part of the team. Coordinate with the project team and clients to develop/finalize design specifications to meet their project needs with the ability to interpret Client specifications. Quality Assurance: Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system. Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, advise the Client, and ask for assistance when required. If required, assist , and help develop junior personnel within the team. Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification: Bachelor's or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering. 8 to 14 Years in detailed Engineering Design of EPC Projects in Oil & Gas or petrochemical Sectors (Min. 5+ Aramco project experience). Hardcore experience on Rotating Equipment like Compressors (of more than 6000 hp), Pumps (more than 3000 hp) and good understanding of static equipment used in Oil & Gas sector. Understanding of Local and International Codes & Standards. Full-stack development skills with proficiency in front-end and back-end technologies. Proficient with company standard office software and discipline-specific technical software. Able to effectively communicate technical issues to peers (written and verbal). Proficient at working with engineers to produce high-quality, accurate, complete engineering delivery. Thorough knowledge of Aramco standards. Strong Coaching and Mentoring skills. Well experienced on all latest Engineering Design software's used in Oil & Gas industry. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to articulate technical challenges and progress effectively. Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and practices. Behavior / Core Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Independent and proactive work ethic. Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment. Flexibility in working hours to accommodate different time zones. HSSEQ: The Employee shall observe the Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Quality rules of the Company; it's clients and the governing authorities of the host country.
