Premier Group’s client is looking for a Project Engineer who will provide leadership and support to the team by ensuring timeliness and execution of facility projects. The Project Engineer will be responsible for developing and improving safety while maximizing the performance of compressors, water transfers, and pipelines. The Project Engineer will be responsible for collaborating will other company departments to ensure smooth project management.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Project Engineering experience with offshore pipelines and saltwater disposal. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have worked in the Permian Basin with compressor experience.


Requirements:


  • Able to perform in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Able to adapt
  • Proficient in pipeline design and compression operations
  • Experience in working in the Permian Basin with upstream and midstream operators
  • Proficient in process simulation and construction oversight
  • Understanding of industry codes and design standards, as well as government regulations and safety standards
  • Experience with PHA, PSSR, and safety design
  • Exceptional communication
  • Enjoys working with a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills


Educational Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or petroleum engineering.


Additional Notes:


The Project Engineer will be working in an office environment and will be required to sit and stand. You will also be required to visit other worksites and you will need to be prepared with your own PPE and flame-resistant clothing.
