REQUIRED EDUCATIONAL/ EXPERIENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum qualifications: A license, provisional license, certificate, registration or permit issued by the governing board regulating a human service profession (including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)), or a Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the North Carolina Board of Nursing;


GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
Coordinates the evening hours of Opioid Treatment Program and provides a full range of substance use and clinical work services for clients with complicated substance use and co-occurring disorders. Provides independent diagnostic, psycho-social and professional counseling for clients (adult & adolescents) with complicated substance use, addiction problems, mental health, and co-occurring disorders- with an appropriate level of supervision. Provides on-site support for clients and staff involved in Opioid Treatment Programming. Remains knowledgeable on best practices of treating Opioid Use Disorder. Non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends required.
