Essential Functions Create and produce original visual content using photography and videography (including without limitation by example: ideation, execution, pre- and post-production) for social media and advertising use that is consistent with current trends, consumer behaviors and the competitor landscape within deadline for multiple brands and geographic locations (including without limitation by example: Windy City Smokeout festival and divisional marketing campaigns) while modeling and fostering the Company's Culture of Caring. Organize and maintain all visual content assets (including without limitation by example: images, videos and photo releases) digitally on Google Drive for designated restaurants to ensure proper backup, storage and photo release documentation. Create content that demonstrates and maintains the established visual identity and brand standards and strategies for all assigned brands and locations across all platforms and channels. Build and maintain professional relationships with operations teams to facilitate effective fulfillment of all photo and video content needs. Coordinate with restaurant and divisional leaders to attend and capture visual content of scheduled and ad hoc events of all types and sizes for social media. Cultivate and maintain strong knowledge of photography and videography creative trends and best practices. Assist the Marketing Manager and Director as needed in providing brand standards with temporary or freelance employees. Maintain availability to work a variety of days and shifts (including weekends and nights) at local and out-of-state sites as needed. Maintain proficiency in and safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools, equipment, software and platforms including but not limited to digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, MS Word and Excel. Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction. Ability to multitask calmly and effectively under pressure. Work in a confined, crowded space of variable light, noise and temperature levels. Ability to occasionally retrieve and distribute files or office supplies weighing up to 10 pounds. Key Responsibilities and Duties Follow all rules, policies, procedures and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
