Analyst II Outbound Logistics

What You’ll be Trusted to Deliver:

• Responsible for managing the daily Workflow process as it relates to the Warehouse Management Systems, Outbound routing package and Ordering Entry Systems as well as acts as a liaison to the IT Department. Coordinates the workflow requirements with business partners. • Ensures total customer service satisfaction with Retail, Merchandising, Trucking, Vendors and Partner Providers • Communicates with Demand management team as necessary to resolve any retail ordering issues • Will assist in training new associates in WMS, ITM and Order Entry activities and systems hardware troubleshooting • Responsible for evaluating and recommending modifications to procedures or processes impacting their workflow or team • Be able to handle day to day problems associated with the flow of orders, system issues, emergency situations with a DC facility or stores • Act as the technical resource within their area of responsibility • Contribute to writing Standard Operating Procedure manuals for all tasks • Other duties will apply Working Schedule: • Hybrid: 2 days in office (working hours). • Second Shift: 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm. • Rotating Weekend Shift Qualifications:

Education & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. • Familialarity with the following computer programs: SEGA, WMS, TLM, Excel. • Collaboration experience with vendors, transportation providers, & third-party consultants Knowledge: • Basic knowledge of the trucking industry, distribution, and/or replenishment functions • Basic professional level of knowledge for company, business and industry practices Skills: • Demonstrate a personal acceptance of change and the ability to adapt and drive change • Excellent organizational, planning, influence, communication, and presentation skills • Self-motivated and persuasive in presenting and selling ideas and executing their implementation • Excellent communication skills

Abilities: • Ability to manage day to day activity for identified responsibilities • Ability to influence without authority • Ability to work as part of a team • Ability to think innovatively • Ability to work with all levels of management • Active listener with an ability to build trust across varying levels of the organization • Demonstrate an ability to implement and analyze retail business using consumer insights and analyzing trends.
