Clinical Specialist New York, NY + Apply+ + View All Jobs Share This Job Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION: The Clinical Specialist position will promote and support the client during ENT surgical procedures. This is a PRN/1099 role. The Clinical Specialist will do on-site support of the client’s devices during the surgical procedures within major US hospitals having close interaction with surgeons. Additionally, the Clinical Specialist is responsible for any follow-up, device support, troubleshooting, customer service and education as required. RESPONSIBILITIES:+ Provide technical support to surgeons and OR staff before, during and after cases+ Interact one-on-one with leading surgeons and hospital stakeholders in key accounts+ Train surgeons and staff on the product+ Collect and report data from surgical cases+ Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting support to clients Skills & Requirements QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:+ Minimum 2 years working in the Operating Room – Required+ Clinical experience in ENT – Required+ Bachelor’s Degree – preferred (Sciences or Medical degree)+ Ability to be on time and prepared for each case deployed+ Strong relationship and consultative selling skills+ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills+ Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills+ High attention for detail and excellent follow through+ Demonstrate effective time management skills and administrative capabilities+ Ability to adapt and willingness to change+ Personifies client’s mission, vision and values+ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Power Point+ Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy+ While performing the duties of this job, CS is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear; up to 8 hours per day.
