We are seeking an organized and personable Human Resources Coordinator to join our team In this multifaceted role, you'll have the opportunity to provide outstanding administrative support to our HR department while serving as a helpful ambassador for our employees.**Key Responsibilities:**- Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring all data is up-to-date in our HRIS system- Assist with coordinating benefits programs, including new hire enrollments and annual open enrollment periods- Field employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employment verifications, password resets, and more in a friendly and professional manner- Stay knowledgeable about HR processes and procedures to effectively guide employees- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiencies for the HR team- Handle all duties with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism- Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders for food, company swag, etc.- Arrange travel and transportation logistics as needed**Qualifications:**- Excellent organizational and time management abilities- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion- Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and applicable laws- Skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment- Talent for building positive relationships across all levels of the organization- Pursuing or having obtained a bachelor's degree; equivalent staffing experience considered- 1-2 years of HR experience preferred, or recruiting/staffing background- Familiarity with HRIS platforms is a plus- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)If you're a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for superb organization, we want to hear from you We offer a competitive total rewards package in a dynamic, employee-focused culture.
