Premier is looking for a Bilingual, Human Resources Coordinator / Generalist to join our HR team.

Summary:

This position is responsible for a wide range of support activities within our HR department; from assisting with coordinating HR related tasks, to maintaining our employee database, files and assisting with recruiting coordinating activities. This position will also be a liaison between HR and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests/inquiries.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human ResourcesAssist with updating and compiling employee recordsProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activitiesAssist with coordinating HR related projectsAssist with managing employee requestsAssist with Onboarding and OffboardingAssist with recruiting effortsAssist with coordinating recruitment events; such as career fairsBranch site visits for HR related supportOther HR/Job related duties as assignedRequirements:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) requiredDegree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferredAt least two to three years of HR related experienceAbility to routinely travel locally to complete branch site visits for HR related mattersKnowledge of employment legislature and practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective interpersonal skillsKnowledge of HR resources and toolsProfessionalism, organization, and project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRISAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion
