Essential Functions:
- Perform all automotive diagnostic (Scan Tool) work including windshield scan tool target assembly & set up, required measurements, pre and post scanning of vehicle, pre and post test driving of vehicle, and troubleshooting as needed
- Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to mechanical individuals which may include employees, clients on a daily and consistent basis
- Manage scheduling of automotive diagnostic "calibration" jobs including coordinating with automotive glass retailers on scheduling
- Develop and utilize working knowledge in the use and maintenance of advanced and OE level diagnostic scan tools
- Serve as primary client contact as needed within the service process including Tier 1 customer service
- Maintain local customer relationships and assist sales team in commercial activity. Including:
- Participation in sales blitz & other commercial actions
- Identifying potential customers
- Demonstrations
- Responsible for managing operational costs to budget for local market
- Manage billing customers, and collecting for all jobs as needed
- Track and report on specified quality measures
- Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Standards of Business conduct and Its Values
- Adherence to NSG/Pilkington Safety Standards and Practices
- Interacts with external customers performing calibrations sales and services.
- Interacts with internal departments and levels of management regarding calibration solutions.
- Accountable for sales within defined market.

- 2-3 years of car dealership experience OR experience in an aftermarket repair facility as an Automotive Technician
