- Master Certified L1 or equivalent certification is required.
- Proven expertise in drivability and diagnostic techniques.
- Extensive electrical experience across various vehicle makes and models.
- A minimum of 20 years of professional experience in automotive repair is essential.

- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all types of vehicles effectively.

- Ability to lift and/or move items weighing over 50 pounds occasionally.
- Capability to work with tools on vehicles positioned above head height.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.

- Ability to stand or walk for the majority of the workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating computer systems for diagnostics and record-keeping.
