YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Configure and maintain the Workday Financial Management system, including modules such as Customer, Business Assets, Accounting Center, FDM & Financial Accounting, Banking & Settlements, Expenses, Procurement, Supplier Accounts, and Projects.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and financial statements, including Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Transposed Reports.
- Analyze and interpret financial data to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Manage and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist with system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations, including SOX.
- Participate in project planning, development, and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience working with Workday Financial Management, including modules such as Accounting Center, Financials, Expenses, and Supplier Accounts.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with system implementation and project management is a plus.
- Workday certification in Financial Management is preferred.
- Knowledge of all Workday Financial modules.
- Advanced knowledge of Workday Reports such as Advanced, Composite, Matrix, and Transposed Reports.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements, including SOX.
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and HCM preferred.
