The Senior Business Insights Analyst will play a critical role in driving business growth and profitability at Swire Coca-Cola. As a subject matter expert, you will lead the development and implementation of sales execution business intelligence reporting and ad hoc analysis to support the company's overall strategy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead end-to-end research and analysis of business opportunities, building financial models and developing sales execution intelligence reports with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and build the reporting layer of data, ensuring a balance between user experience and technical performance.
  • Engage with business units as a business intelligence consultant to lead the development of enterprise analytics in support of various departments.
  • Research and explore new data sources to identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses.
  • Direct systems development, including Power BI and Snowflake, to create a more accountable and performance-driven culture.
  • Make operational decisions regarding project timelines, requirements, and BI product development.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a STEM-related field.
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience using large complex data sets to produce reporting and insights.
  • 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with Snowflake or other cloud providers preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience with Python, SQL, VBA, R, and other languages preferred.
  • 1+ year of ETL or data engineering specific experience.
