They should also have a firm grasp of contract administration principles and be well-versed in best practices in this field. They should also be willing to travel to various locations, including remote areas, as necessitated by the job requirements

Key Responsibilities

Supporting contract-related tasks independently and as part of a team. Objectively reviewing and resolving contract disputes, including change orders. Developing and reviewing various project contracts and agreements. Ensuring contract terms are upheld across projects. Creating contracting strategies and plans for different project types. Analyzing the market to determine the most suitable contract type and presenting alternatives. Developing and reviewing change order packages while ensuring adherence to guidelines. Creating and reviewing various agreements and MOUs with external parties and potential joint ventures. Develop/review negotiation strategies for change orders. Participate in negotiation meetings for all change orders.
