Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and diligent Full Desk Recruiter to join our staff. Your chief duty in this role will be to source suitable candidates (potential employees). For this role you will be sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top tier candidates for11:59 open positions within the company, you will also be expected to update weekly recruiting reports for your assigned positions, and attend weekly recruiting meetings with Sr. Staff and one on one meetings with your Recruiting
In this role, you will run the end-to-end recruitment process from creating job descriptions and posting them online to interviewing candidates and selecting the best possible one. You will also work closely with the hiring manager to assist with candidate selection and onboard all successful candidates into the company.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should be an expert in using Applicant Tracking Systems (such as Paylocity) and recruitment software. You also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with candidates professionally.
You will be the lead recruiter for our college recruiting efforts, fostering and managing relationships with college recruiting contacts. A successful Full Desk Recruiter has to display a high level of self-accountability—they are expected to work independently and generate productivity with minimum or no supervision.
This role will build and create a database of prospective candidates in the below categories listed that will comprise 11:59’s internal recruitment database and eliminate the need to engage external agencies.

Full Desk Recruiter Responsibilities
Experience in sourcing practices, such as direct sourcing, active candidate searching, networking, and applicant evaluation
Search and Source new candidates, screen candidates, and evaluate talent to provide submittals to hiring managers directly
Communicate with shortlisted candidates to keep them up to date at every point in the hiring process
Negotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently
Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and prepare résumés and submittals for senior leadership and hiring managers
Regularly research and adopt the best market and commercial practices and adhere to internal recruitment policies
Make sure that your recruitment practices and Performance are up to industry standards and aligned with the company’s objectives
Collaborate with HR/People Strategy to ensure that the recruitment experience aligns with the onboarding experience in remaining consistent to the 11:59 experience.
Assist with onboarding scheduling, training and administrative items to support these efforts.
Coordinate/schedule interviews across time zones within the US.
Format job descriptions to ensure consistency across all departmental job postings.
Perform data entry, ensuring all feedback and interview details are accurately and timely entered into our HRIS system, (Paylocity).
Manage distribution and follow up of all employee referrals.
Full Desk Recruiter Requirements
6+ years of recruiting experience across a variety of fields—ideally in IT, Engineering, and Corporate Recruiting
3+ years of managing college and on-campus recruiting
You have experience with full-lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, video interviewing, delivering offers, have experience managing candidates within an applicant tracking system (Paylocity) and using Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring leaders, through strong customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communicator with a strong ability to creatively continue to build a candidate network.
Strong customer service and high responsiveness to Senior Management needs
Experience in Tech industry in a similar role is a MUST.
Knowledge of e-recruiting concepts and systems.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
Strong organizational, negotiating, and attention to detail is required.
Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
Candidate should be Self-driven, enthusiastic, and flexible.
Ability to work independently and communicate in a professional manner with senior hiring managers
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
