Job Description
As a Conversational AI Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing conversational interfaces to enhance user experiences across various platforms. Leveraging your expertise in AWS services and natural language processing (NLP), you will contribute to the creation of intelligent and responsive chatbots and voice-based applications.

Responsibilities:
•Design and develop conversational interfaces using AWS services, including Amazon Lex and Amazon Polly.
•Implement natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language generation (NLG) techniques to enhance the responsiveness of chatbots.
•Integrate conversational interfaces with other AWS services, such as Lambda functions, S3, and DynamoDB, to create seamless end-to-end solutions.
•Utilize AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate deployment and scaling of conversational AI applications.
Train and optimize NLP models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of language understanding in chatbots.
•Stay updated on the latest advancements in NLP and incorporate best practices into the development process.
•Manage and analyse data generated by conversational interfaces to gain insights into user behaviour and preferences.
•Collaborate with data scientists to refine models and improve the overall performance of conversational AI applications.
•Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in Conversational AI and AWS services.
•Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in existing conversational interfaces and contribute to iterative development cycles.

Requirements
•Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
•Proven experience in developing conversational interfaces using AWS services, especially Amazon Lex.
•Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
•Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
•Experience with cloud-based development and deployment, particularly on AWS.
•Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries is a plus.
•Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
•Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
