D&G is seeking a Senior Program Manager to support the CISA National Risk Management Center (NRMC) Division. The selected candidate will lead a cross functional team of analysts and subject matter experts supporting the National Risk Management Center (NRMC) in the identification, assessment, and prioritization of strategic risks to national critical functions and collaborate on the development of strategies and approaches to manage risks to critical function

Roles & Responsibilities:??

+ Manage Programs relating to private and public sector information sharing and leading teams working in a fast-paced environment with federal sector stakeholders.

+ Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 professional staff, ensuring the timeliness and quality of all products, services and deliverables.

+ Manage the project budget, including cost control and profitability.

+ Develop and present monthly status reports and quarterly program reviews.

+ Facilitate coordination and information sharing across the contract to respond to emerging organizational priorities and short-notice tasking.

+ Coordinate as required with customer internal and external stakeholders.

+ Provide quality assurance for all products, services and deliverables.

+ Act as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer, the COR, and the assigned Federal Program Manage

Qualifications/Requirements:??

+ 8-10 years experience managing programs related to private and public sector information sharing.

+ 8-10 years experience leading teams working in a fast-paced environment with private and/or federal sector stakeholders.

+ 10 years experience developing and implementing process methodologies at an agency or corporate level for analytic programs.

+ 10 years of experience with a MA/MS degree or fifteen 15 years with a BA/BS degree.

+ Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.

+ Analytical Thinking: Capability to assess and interpret data, policies, and regulations to inform decision-making and strategy.

+ Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.

+ Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and thoroughness in reviewing and editing documents.

+ Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners.
