This position primarily supervises the safe operation of all mechanical systems and the contracted services for both routine and preventative maintenance. This position also prepares the annual budget and conducts annual personnel reviews.Essential Job Functions/Primary Responsibilities:(The essential functions or duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
