The Position:

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in a manufacturing environment. This role will support the sales team and ensure that customer orders are submitted with accuracy and a sense of urgency. You will have administrative responsibilities as well as have customer interaction to make certain the customer experience meets expectations from beginning to end.

About You:

You have at least 2 years in a customer service/administrative role within a manufacturing environment You are proficient in Microsoft Office and are familiar with ERP systems/order entry processes You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are professional and courteous with phone and email communication You have strong organizational and time-management skills You can multitask and prioritize effectively and are detail-oriented
