Corporate Accounting Manager

to join our accounting team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, WI. As Corporate Accounting Manager, you will maintain the corporate records and general ledger, manage the consolidation process, and ensure timely and accurate financial statement completion. You will also support the year-end audit, income allocation, accounts payable, and other key functions. You will report to the VP of Accounting. We are embracing a hybrid working environment and you can work a combination of in the office and remote. #LI-Hybrid Essential Responsibilities: Prepare and distribute consolidated financial statements and fair market value schedules. Maintain general ledger for corporate entity and subsidiaries. Oversee the quarterly consolidation process and review consolidating journal entries. Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and ensure compliance with accounting standards Manage the income allocation process and support the annual audit as the primary contact for external auditors. Supervise the day-to-day Accounts Payable function, which includes invoice processing, check runs, vendor inquiries, and management of AP software. Develop, train, motivate and evaluate department members Skills for Success: Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Experience:

Six to Ten years of accounting experience; preference toward public accounting and / or financial reporting experience

At least 2 years of leadership experience required

Skills:

In-depth knowledge of US GAAP; Proficient with accounting software and Structured Query Language (SQL)
