We are seeking a Project Manager I / Estimator to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with sub-contractors to receive reasonable proposal/estimates
Complete jobs on time and on budget
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
2-3+ Experience in management or other related fields (City, State, Federal Projects)
Federal Project Experience (A Plus)
Degree in Construction Management, Architectural Engineering or related field/work experience
Familiarity with construction management software (MS Projects, Primavera, Procore, etc)
Ability to develop cost estimates (Knowledge of RS Means A Plus)
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
