Weee is looking for a program manager to build programs that will delight customers. The ideal candidate seeks insights through data, has sound judgment on process, and is obsessed with building exceptional experiences for end customers.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and implement multiple initiatives to improve customer experience based on current delivery experience.

* Plan and proactively monitor the progress of initiatives to ensure a comprehensive approach to advancing and expanding the customer experience.

* Provide visibility to monitor the delivery experience, track results, collect feedback from internal stakeholders and customers, and implement changes based on findings.

* Relentlessly focus on process improvement and solutions to improve efficiencies and to help scale the overall delivery program.

* Partner with marketing and brand teams to develop unique events, overseeing their creation, implementation, and future revisions.

* Provide support to business partners for ad-hoc initiatives.

**Qualifications**

* 4 + years of experience in an operational or support role, with an emphasis on exceptional customer experience

* Demonstrated experience in project management, from ideation to delivery and launch

* Passion for the customer experience, and an understanding of how operational efficiencies impact said experience

* Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver major initiatives, all while relentlessly prioritizing based on need

* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and an ability to create in an undefined, unestablished environment

* Self-starter mentality and comfortable working in a high energy, fast-paced environment

* Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
