Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to develop concepts for system improvements that align with operational practices.
  • Collaborate with software developers to assess enhancement requirements and propose system improvements based on an understanding of internal systems and operational methodologies.
  • Possess familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures relevant to assigned internal departments.
  • Coordinate with the internal IT team and system engineers to articulate user requirements and adjust project priorities as needed.
  • Evaluate and endorse the final product delivered by the IT department.
  • Utilize experience and judgment to strategize and achieve objectives.
  • May oversee and guide the work of others, whether internal or external, to ensure project completion.
  • Regularly interact with users, upper management, and executive personnel to establish project priorities.
  • Develop enhancements for systems within the assigned department.
  • Provide daily support to users.
  • Monitor system usage and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience with Synnex-specific business systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet internal customer needs effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in planning, organizing, and scheduling tasks efficiently, with a focus on key priorities.
  • Strong background in generating innovative approaches to system enhancements that improve user performance and efficiency.
  • Capability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
