ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary: Maintain and update Member records, including personal information, benefits, attendance, and performance data Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while adhering to company policies and legal requirements Support Talent Acquisition as needed, coordinate interviews, schedule candidate assessments, and coordinate interviews Prepare new hire paperwork and support the onboarding process Assist Members with benefit inquiries and resolve basic benefit-related issues Process and track Member enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefit programs Collaborate with benefits providers to ensure accurate and timely administration Conduct exit interviews and assist with the offboarding process Update records, retrieve company property, and facilitate the return of company assets Maintain HR files and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping Generate HR reports as requested by management Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends Provide general administrative assistance, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings Help maintain office supplies and HR-related inventory Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
